How Long Does Shipping Take?

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Premade Candles: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping.

Custom & Bulk Orders: Due to the handmade nature of our products, these orders require a turnaround time of 10-14 business days before shipping.

Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

International shipping? 

At this time, we only offer shipping within the continental United States and do not provide international shipping. We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

Return policy? 

At Generation X Apothecary Candle Company, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your candle purchase, we are here to help with our hassle-free return policy.

Refund or Exchange:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within [number] business days. If you prefer an exchange/replace, please specify the replacement item(s) desired when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged or defective item(s) and promptly send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items   

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Exceptions:

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items. If a returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
